Mancini & Associates, LLC was formed in 2006 by Attorney Jennifer L. Mancini. Attorney Mancini is married and currently lives in South Glastonbury, CT.
Jennifer L. Mancini practices in the areas of family law, child protection, estate planning/probate, and business formation and acquisition. Since 2005, Attorney Mancini has represented clients and children in divorce cases, legal separations, child support matters, child custody matters, juvenile neglect and termination of parental rights matters, juvenile delinquency matters, as well as probate and estate settlement matters in Connecticut. She has represented clients at all levels of family, child protection, and probate proceedings and has appeared in Family Courts, Juvenile Courts and Probate Courts throughout the State of Connecticut, including the Regional Family Trial Docket and Child Protection Session in Middletown.
Attorney Mancini ensures that she is up to date on recent developments in her areas of practice by attending several Continuing Legal Education courses each year. In addition, Attorney Mancini has knowledge and certification in the computer software needed to be efficient in her areas of practice, including FinPlan, Family Law Software, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.
Beginning in undergraduate school and continuing throughout her career, Attorney Mancini has been involved in several charitable events and organizations. She was on the Board of Directors for the National Spinal Cord Injury Association where she organized multiple fundraising and charitable events.
While in Law School, Attorney Mancini conducted comprehensive legal research on numerous women's international human rights issues as well as domestic violence and abuse issues; weekly presentations and open forum discussions and debates. In May of 2004, she composed a legal brief which was sent to Cape Town, South Africa to be used by their Legal Services Department as a legal standard on how to help HIV infected women and children prosecute their male infectors and physical and sexual abusers.
